Privacy policy

This policy covers cooltech.us, the public website of Cooltech, LLC. Use of the CoolTech Central console is covered by the agreement in place with your organisation, and its SMS programme has its own SMS privacy policy.

What this site collects

Three things, and nothing else:

• What you send us. If you submit the enquiry form, we receive the name, business name, email address, phone number, unit count and notes you entered. If you use the chat assistant, we receive the messages you type into it.
• Standard server records. Our hosting provider logs ordinary request information such as IP address, browser type and the page requested, for security and reliability.
• Nothing else. This site sets no advertising cookies, runs no third-party analytics or tracking pixels, does not build a profile of you, and does not fingerprint your browser. There is no consent banner because there is nothing to consent to.

What we do with it

Contact details you submit are used to reply to you about your enquiry. That is the entire purpose. We do not add you to a marketing list, we do not run drip campaigns, and we do not sell, rent or share your details with anyone for their own use.

Chat messages are processed to generate a response and to help us understand what people are asking so we can improve the answers on the site. Do not enter passwords, payment details, or any personal information about a third party into the chat.

Who else is involved

The site is served by a hosting provider, and the chat assistant is generated by a third-party language model provider that processes the messages solely to produce the response. Enquiry notifications are delivered to us by email and, where enabled, by text. Each of these processes the data only to perform that function.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and any resulting business relationship. Server logs are retained on our provider's standard schedule. If you would like your enquiry deleted, ask and we will delete it.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Email cooltech.us.llc@gmail.com or call +1 (660) 229-5700 and we will handle it.

Children

This is a business-to-business site. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. Material changes will be described here rather than quietly folded in.
