These terms govern use of cooltech.us, the public website of Cooltech, LLC. They do not govern use of the CoolTech Central console or any CoolTech equipment — those are covered by the separate agreement in place with your organisation. Where the two differ, that agreement controls.

What this site is

An information site describing the CoolTech platform. Descriptions of capabilities are accurate at the time of writing, and features marked as rolling out are in delivery rather than generally available. Nothing here is an offer, a quotation, or a contractual commitment; pricing and terms come from a written quote.

The chat assistant

The assistant on this site is automated. It is intended to answer general questions about CoolTech and to point you to the right page or the right person. It can be wrong, and its answers are not binding on Cooltech, LLC. For anything you intend to rely on — pricing, capability commitments, timelines, or a technical decision about your equipment — confirm it with us directly on +1 (660) 229-5700.

Do not enter passwords, payment details, or personal information about other people into the chat.

Not professional advice

Nothing on this site is food safety, legal, regulatory, insurance or engineering advice. Record-keeping and food safety requirements vary by jurisdiction and by the kind of operation you run — confirm yours with your local health authority and your own advisers.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• attempt to gain unauthorised access to this site, its APIs, or any connected system;
• submit false contact details, or use the enquiry form or chat to send unsolicited commercial messages;
• interfere with the site's operation, or place automated load on it beyond ordinary use;
• copy the site's content for use in a competing commercial offering.

Automated retrieval for search indexing and for answer engines is permitted, subject to robots.txt. Quoting our content with attribution to CoolTech is welcome.
